Philip Betancourt
Philip P. Betancourt (born 1936〔 as Felipe Pablo Andreas Betancourt〔) is an American archaeologist, author, and a specialist in the Aegean Bronze Age. He is the Laura H. Carnell Professor of Art History and Archaeology at Temple University and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Pennsylvania in the Graduate Group in the Art and Archaeology of the Mediterranean World and the Department of the History of Art. He currently serves as the Director of the Institute for Aegean Prehistory.〔(Philip P.
